    This is my third year participating in the Ecochallenge and it has definitely been the hardest. Over time, I have been able to develop new habits through this 2 week challenge. I should have picked challenges that coincide with each other, i.e. meal prepping/not using disposables. I hope everyone has been enjoying the challenge thus far!

    Day 1 down!  I have already been struggling with my actions. I guess that's why the call it a challenge.. I hope everyone has had a better start to theirs!

    2 MORE DAYS! Who's ready?

    I have selected 3 actions from various categories this year. I will be limiting my social media use, adopt a diet free of animal products and avoid disposables. When I was reading through the different actions, I was very excited to be able to check the "I already do/did this" button on most things. Although I already limit the above actions in my day to day, committing to them for two weeks may help me develop a habit that sticks!

     I am really excited to hear about everyones  challenges. Be sure to post about your challenge on the team feed and check in daily once the challenge has started. By doing this, you will be more likely to win prizes from NWEI at the end of the two weeks.
