    Last day!  Woohoo! It has been awesome to make intentional and conscious efforts to not only better myself and but also my relationship with the natural environment, helping to reduce my overall impact.  I can see these mindful actions being a part of my regular routine going forward.  Cheers to that!

    I'm sucking at the composting challenge... fruit flies and bad smells.  How do you guys avoid this? :(

      Putting it in the freezer is the only thing that worked for me! No smells, and I don't have to look at it.

    my compost smells in my tiny house.  does anyone have a favored compost container that does a good job of containing smells? i guess one with a lid would be a start... :D

    Despite the cloudy weather, I still got outside for a mindful lunch with friends (as opposed to the usual screen-filled lunch) thanks to my coworker's prompting. Even forgot my phone inside.  #simplicity

    Explored Nahalem Bay and Wheeler, OR this weekend. Tried fishing for salmon for the first time as well...no luck on the fishing, but loved being out here!

    woke up early to do a HIIT workout before work, knowing I had an event to head to this evening. feeling extra productive today!

    also, brushed my teeth away from the sink/in another room helped me avoid going into auto-mode with turning the water on (for no reason)
