Amanda Coffman 10/14/2017 7:13 AMToday, I am so happy I got seven hours of uninterrupted sleep. I am extremely grateful and proud to be an USU alum. I am very grateful that for yesterday's exercise I took a walk and meandered through a handful of locally owned shops that I had not had the opportunity to yet visit. It was really fun. -
Amanda Coffman 10/13/2017 5:36 AMThis is typically how my daily lunch looks. As a chemist, I love my Pyrex, therefore my lunch containers are reusable glass. I have multiple reusable coffee mugs and water bottles that I swap out daily, and I prefer reusable utensils. To improve upon this, I added in the reusable napkin. Additionally, sometimes I forget my utensils and I use disposable ones but, I am making sure that is not the case anymore. I gave all the disposable ones away and I am not accepting anymore.-

Amanda Coffman 10/13/2017 4:57 AMI had not intended on posting my ‘I am grateful’ or ‘happiness’ thoughts everyday but, I guess am. In short, today I am grateful for the day off, my doctor, and my colleagues. In long, I am grateful that I have the day off to get caught up on research, grading, and writing recommendation letters. I am extremely grateful that I have a doctor that works WITH me on my health and well-being. I am so grateful that I work with like-minded, caring colleagues.-
