Day 3 Motivation:  "As the urgency of our global crises continues to rise, it has become clear that, in addition to transformed assumptions, immediate behavior change is greatly needed if we are to effectively address these challenges. Both individual transformation and broad culture change are necessary to form systems that are sustainable and resilient." Behavior Change White Paper https://ecochallenge.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/Behavior-Change-for-Sustainability_NWEI.pdf

Thanks for sharing this Dylynn.  It is good to remember that the global crisis is why we are here trying to help one another move ahead in our individual and collective efforts.

When I wrote down the things I am grateful for today, I realized that two of them were related to a chore I had been dreading...now it doesn't seem so bad.

Ready to start the challenge!  Rudolph Steiner fans will know that today, Wednesday, is the day of “Right Standpoint” - to order our lives in harmony with spirit and nature and not get buried under the external knickknacks of of life.  I’ll start off the challenge with some inner work and development this morning, then start racking up some points!

I'm looking forward to slowing down my life during this challenge...a little less time behind the desk and a little more time in the garden.  "It is good to have an end to journey toward, but it is the journey that matters in the end."  UL
