    Unavoidable to eat out every meal while traveling, but finding some vegetarian options, and restaurants using local ingredients to lessen the impact.

      Did you make more of a point to avoid fast food restaurants?  We went out one day and I realized casual dining would have used real plates and silverware rather than the disposables.  Hadn't really ever thought about it that way.  :)

    Giving up sugar is a big challenge for me. I've gone 30 days without, a couple years ago, but have not been successful recently. Challenging myself to make it these 15 days.
