Xan Becker 10/18/2017 2:08 PMDaily diet changes have been going really well. Sometimes it can be a challenge, especially on a busy day. Prepping has helped a lot. -
Xan Becker 9/18/2017 10:29 AMLoving the rain! Took a moment with my family yesterday and just stood in the rain. We felt it, absorbed it, and danced in it! Appreciating nature's cleansing showers and hopeful it will bring a much needed change to our air quality lately. I love all our seasons here in the Great Northwest, but Fall is by far my favorite. Looking forward to basking in the changing colors and temperatures. Time to get out and explore and discover all the beauty around us. Perfect way to get your nature walk and or meditation in. Enjoy! -
Xan Becker 9/07/2017 10:09 PMEvery month I pick one thing to do, it is my "Something to better myself, my family, my community, or my planet" challenge to myself. I have been doing this now for a few years and I have learned a lot about myself and others along the way. This Eco Challenge is inspiring and will be a wonderful addition to my month. Looking forward to making a difference on small action at a time.
