    Over the past week or so of really trying to be aware of my challenges and do them everyday I have started to realize how doing certain actions everyday over time can make them become habit. One of my challenges was to take five minute showers instead of the ten minute showers I used to take. Those first couple days were really a challenge to force myself to shorten my showers, however, after about a week I barely think about having to take an under five minute showers and feel like it has become habit. My two other challenges both deal with saving energy. One was to always turn off my electronics when I wasn't using them and I felt that challenge was fairly easy.
