Lauren Peters 10/19/2017 7:28 PMTonight I watched, Vegucated. I really enjoyed this documentary. It talks about the health aspects, effect on the Earth and the i humane treatment of animals. She does a 6 week trial with 3 people who go vegan. It's really great!h favorite documentary is still Racing Extinction, but this was really good! -

I feel like awareness is the biggest hurdle and I get to share these challenges with my friends and family and let them know why I feel it's so important - not only for personal health, but for the health of our planet!❤️ 🌏 ❤️
