Scott Pennington 10/25/2017 9:32 PMMy daily efforts to get more sleep led to a greater awareness of its importance, which prompted my to prioritize early sleep and no alarm clock on the penultimate day of the challenge. Result? 13 hours of sleep!! I felt the best, by far, on the last day of this year's Eco-Challenge after all that wonderful rest.
