    This weekend was a bit challenging with food as we had a huge family gathering. I made my contribution to the potluck a healthy option and received a ton of compliments. It made me feel good that my healthy eating habits are being acknowledged by my family.

    Just signed up today and have created quite the to-do list for myself. It was great to see that I already do a lot of the suggested actions. So I guess I'm off to a good start!
