    Bought almond milk today and intend to reduce my dairy product consumption significantly in the future.  May be difficult to give up cheese. Meatless Monday's is now on my agenda, and probably meatless Wed, Thurs as well.

    I managed two meatless days and am still working on all organic. I did feed the plecostomus (a fish) organic zucchini!

    I had a meatless day yesterday and plan to do the same today. Still working on an all organic meal for tomorrow.

     Still working on meatless days. Today I attended a fund raising dinner and ate the salmon. Did have organic oatmeal but admit is was not as good. Perhaps Quaker oats was not the best choice.At least there was no food waste again today

    I planned my meals for the week  and no food waste yesterday by eating leftovers from Thursday.

    Yesterday I did manage to have a meat free day but did not reach a goal of all organic. Meeting my goal of all organic for a day is going to be tough!

    I am choosing the category Food because I believe this is my weakest area. This will be a challenge!
