I've been getting into the ecochallenge mindset for so many weeks now that I didn't know it was October 11 and I accomplished 2 out of 3 goals today anyway!!

We moved this summer.  We're still not unpacked fully.  There never feels like enough space for all our 'stuff'.  I'm excited to frame my mind around what do we NEED, and what can I recycle, donate, give away, take to the Put n' Take at the town dump...  I want to sort through our stuff and create a simpler, less cluttered household, but I also dislike just throwing stuff away and adding it to the already existing gigantic trash piles.  Does anyone else have ideas for where to send 'stuff'?  I'd also love to figure out a way to benefit disaster relief organizations...

I've been thinking about adding something about juicing every day of the ecochallange too... maybe replacing my afternoon snack which can sometimes be a quick, unhealthy danish or something on the way home from work with juice instead.  Simplifying my diet, shopping list, health.
