    This very warm weather inspires me take 5 minute cold showers! 
    I am glad I'm learning about how to shop locally, it has been an eye-opener for me. I did not realize the impact this action has on our planet.

    I really enjoy the happiness challenge. I enjoy writing down things I am grateful for and I am working on continuing with this challenge. I also like the challenge of noticing the positive attributes and actions in others and taking the time to praise. These actions make me feel good!
