Shannon Kane 10/25/2017 2:10 PMIt's really hard to go an entire day without refined sugar! I have reduced the amount of sugar I'm eating by a lot but eliminating it completely is very hard because it's hiding all over the place! -

Shannon Kane 10/11/2017 9:24 PMWent grocery shopping today to kick off our challenge of not eating refined sugar. What did I learn? There is refined sugar in everything! Even things you would image would ever need sugar! Reading those labels is super important! -
