    Vahva ja hea tunne oli alguses teemasid läbi käies tõdeda, et ühtkomateist teen ma juba üsna enesestmõistetavalt pikemat aega ning tunnetada, et rohkem või vähem teadlikult lisandub neid asju/tegevusi/liigutusi ajas vaikselt, aga kindlalt. Minu valitud igapäevastest väljakutsetest kõige raskem on olnud uneaja pikendamine - öökull nagu ma olen - ent seda suurem heameel ja tegelikult ju parem enesetunne on olnud neil päevadel, kui olen end suutnud eelmisel õhtul mõistlikul ajal magama "käsutada" :D
