    I was having a little low-blood sugar moment this afternoon and was thankful that I packed some fresh strawberries as a snack.

    I didn't think I was going to be able to get my 60 min of physical activity yesterday as I was in the bridal party of a big wedding! Little did I know that we would dance for almost 2 hours.

    I taught a yoga fitness class to 28 people today. While leading the class I not only got my work-out but also helped 28 people to get their 60 minutes of fitness too! The communal nature of group activities is such a powerful motivator.
