Our challenge is going great! So far, we've been only using our reusable lunch wares for lunch, and making sure to compost any food waste. Same goes for our coffee mugs and water bottles. Yay!

The LCA Earthworms are preparing to eco-revolutionize our lunchtime waste! In preparation, we have ordered eco-friendly reusable lunch boxes and to-go drink cups that we will keep at the office and bring with us when we go out to lunch or get a lunch to-go. We plan to eat zero-waste lunches during our eco-challenge, eliminating any non-recylable, non-compostable waste. We're ready to go!
