Ashley Fitzgerald 10/22/2017 7:13 AMAs part of a one time challenge found out that my state NM has the largest methane problem in the country. In the four corners area there is a huge collective methane leak poisoning our air. Doing more research to find out what I can do to help with this problem. -

Ashley Fitzgerald 10/15/2017 6:30 AMGood morning! It’s alot harder than I thought to stay away from processed foods when I realized bread and spaghetti sauce are processed. Spaghetti sauce and bread are still technically processed if one makes it from scratch at home right?-
Cris Fellows 10/15/2017 8:06 AMSpaghetti sauce you can make at home. Cooking at home doesn't count as processed. Bread more difficult unless you grow your own wheat to grind. Hard to find unprocessed wheat!
