    Explored a new hiking trail as required for the one time challenge, the Michael Emery Trail! Had a good walk.

    As part of a one time challenge found out that my state NM has the largest methane problem in the country. In the four corners area there is a huge collective methane leak poisoning our air. Doing more research to find out what I can do to help with this problem.

    For the one time challenge that rob suggested toup  our team points I watched “What the health” on Netflix with the family, I also got my mother to watch which was a big deal!

    Good morning! It’s alot harder than I thought to stay away from processed foods when I realized bread and spaghetti sauce are processed. Spaghetti sauce and bread are still technically processed if one makes it from scratch at home right?

      Spaghetti sauce you can make at home.  Cooking at home doesn't count as processed.  Bread more difficult unless you grow your own wheat to grind.   Hard to find unprocessed wheat!

    Going to do yoga(not one of my challenges) after the wee ones are in bed and wring the days woes out our bodies!

     For dinner, made stir fry(no oil) with all kinds of organic veggies and organic sprouted tofu & brown rice(so delicious, filling and light! Ate out on the pic nic table in the backyard!
