    iLumens (iLumens.com) is a new linear LED lighting technology, prototypes of which won the 2015 Stoel Rives Utah Innovation Award for Cleantech. iLumens is now in production and solves the problem of how to get dimmable LED lighting in an unmodified linear fluorescent fixture with a standard ballast. This simplifies the upgrade process, is less expensive than fixture replacements or modifications, and gives people lighting that can be dimmed according to their needs, aiding comfort and productivity. It also allows facilities to integrate highly efficient, dimmable lighting with advanced energy savings technologies (such as continuous daylight harvesting), along with simple or advanced control systems, which can reduce energy consumption between 50-90% over older linear fluorescent lighting technology and greatly improve the lighting experience.
