Ann Deupree 10/24/2017 12:35 PMThanks for your email, Brain Health Team co-Captain Cathy! Guess I need to record my half hour swim and 30 minute walk & riding the Nustep. I also walked the Woodcroft trails for 45 minutes yesterday. Isn't the weather great for walking? Well, except for yesterday evening when the wind could blow you away.-

This yoga program was developed by my teacher who has a Friday morning class I enjoy regularly. The practice of yoga has made a real difference in my maintaining a healthy body into my eighties.-

Ann Deupree 10/01/2017 1:53 PMAlzheimer's has come to stay in our family and it has changed our lives in ways we could never have anticipated. I visited the site you listed, Derek, "Preventing Alzheimer's" and there are several of the six pillars I plan to focus on. The first one is actually Pillar #1, so off I go, taking a two mile walk on the Woodcroft trails!
