    Never made the exercise. However I found a great website and have really started to make sure I let people know how grateful I am for them.

    Still not exercising. Oh well, next year. Had a Starbucks today so did use my own cup.  Have to remember to keep my travel mug with me all the time.

    Had an amazing dinner that was unexpected and meatless...butternut squash ravioli.  Yum.

    I make sure I tell at least one person everyday how much I appreciate them.  It makes me feel lucky to have the people around me who are so amazing.

    It has been easier than I thought to eat one meatless meal a day...I think I was doing it most of the time anyway.  Now I just pay attention.

    Changed all the light bulbs in my daughter's apartment to LED lights.  Can't wait to see the energy savings!

    Check out the Seafood Watch App that the Monterey Bay Aquarium created.  Great way to understand more about sustainable seafood.  Love it!
