    It has been such a great few weeks. I plan to keep up these changes into the future, especially staying off social media!

    I'm halfway through a novel since getting off of social media! It has been years since I have read for fun like this.

    Things are going well. I am enjoying not being consumed by social media, although do feel disconnected with so many crazy things happening in the world. It's a strange internal conflict.

    I am replacing 30 minutes of screen time a day with reading a book instead! Right now I am reading Wild Life by Molly Gloss.

    I deleted FB and Twitter from my phone in order to spend less time on screens! So far, so good!

    I talk about limiting my social media use ALL of the time, but I am never able to follow through. I feel like spending less time on devices, will greatly improve my quality of life, however, this will be extremely hard for me, which makes it a great challenge!
