    We have set up that we will not use phones TVs video devices during the daylight and one 1 hr of tv in the evening.

    For my challenges, I watched a food documentary with my kids and had at least one meatless meal a day.  I changed our family menu and the family loves it.  Loss some weight too.

    This was my first time participating in this challenge and I will admit I learned a lot.  I hope to apply what I learned to improve my lifestyle and habits in the future to be kinder to our environment and each other!
