    Been a bit tough the last few days... My health has made things more difficult than usual, and feeling pretty lonely in this challenge too, unfortunately.

    Another day, another victory. I finally got a decent walk in today, and took my pup as well. Really therapeutic. This challenge is so motivating lol.

    Watched a movie called "Food Matters". A documentary about the impact of a healthy diet versus medication. Nutrition is underrated!

    Actually struggling with a few of these due to health concerns, and am trying to work out innovative ways or achieving them, as I'd really like to. 

    I've also been encouraging people each day instead of writing down three things, and I really love it.

    First day today! Although I actually started the other day because I thought, why wait? It's actually been both encouraging and confronting, choosing my actions. I already do more than I had expected, however there are more than I'd like there to be which I just couldn't figure out how to incorporate. I suppose that will thr challenge I continue after this one wraps up.
