Portland General Electric Feed

BACK TO TEAM PAGE

Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.

To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

For the Happiness Challenge, three things I'm grateful for:
    1. A late bud blooming on my orchid,
    2. The sunrise golden red, and
    3. My co-workers that are in support roles that help me through hiccups.

Bummer, I didn't get to log yesterday's accomplishments! It was a good day. Participated in 50 minutes of cardio funk, ate mostly vegan, and got the required 7+ hours sleep.
    Thanks for the memories!

It's not as hard to make a few changes at a time - tackle what's realistic for you.  Conquer one change and move on to the next...and next...and next.

Went through a stack of old magazines and catalogues today, bundled them up, and donated them to my wife's school for kids' projects!  They're so happy!  I'm so happy!

my daughter had a our granddaughter on Saturday and I'm spending time with them to help with my 2 year old grandson.  Hanging out with them, it's been a challenge to get onto the computer and log my progress.  However, it has been great for cutting down on screen time!
