Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.
To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

Elaine Cole 10/25/2017 1:08 PMI listened to the OPB program called Think Out Loud, which was talking about recycling and the change in the plastic market due to China's Green Sword (not taking our junk plastics anymore). -
Esther Forbyn 10/25/2017 1:07 PMToday is the final day of the challenge! I've been inspired to change my entire commute regime leading to lots of walking and public transit use. I've been walking to the store, walking to the shuttle and spending plenty of time outside. I have reinvigorated my interest in gardening. I'm stepping into another Portland winter feeling stoked on my community and neighborhood. -
Donna Bezio 10/25/2017 1:03 PMWhoo Hoo! We made it to the end of the challenge!
I had a plumber fix one of my sinks and he's coming back to fix more. I'm trying to get more steps daily too!
