I learned that just making small changes in your everday life can make a big impact on the environment 🌎 

Today my mom and I tried a new recipe that I found in the newspaper for curried butternut squash soup. We made it using the fruits and vegetables my aunt picked up for us from a farmers market, and it turned out delicious! If anyone wants the recipe, just let me know- I would highly recommend trying it! :)

My biggest accomplishment thus far in the challenge was writing a letter to several members of our government, including EPA head Scott Pruitt, urging them to put a stop to the Pebble Mine in Bristol Bay, AK.  Mr. Pruitt approved the mining project without notifying Congress, so I addressed my letter to 3 other members of government as well in...

I warms my heart (and cools our planet) to see so many people taking action this week, keep up the good work!!

My challenges are going great and I love looking at my challenges and seeing what I did!

I remembered to unplug my phone as soon as it was 100% charged!

I think this is so great and opens up things that you wouldn’t normally do.

I want to make a difference in this world by eliminating pollution and the negative effects of poor health. Let's plant some trees and save some lives!
