    As the challenge wraps up today, I must say it has been pretty tough to avoid refined sugar! But I definitely feel better for it and hope that I can keep it up.     I'm going to do my best to continue all of the challenges that I took on these past few weeks (while also not being hard on myself if I falter). I may make an except for dark chocolate to the no refined sugar one :).
