    I lost my water bottle so I'm refilling a plastic bottle.

    I can conserve water but I can't eat healthy. I think I might be doing something wrong here.

      Give yourself some grace.  "Eating healthy" means different things to different bodies.  And sometimes life gets in the way and there's no time or money to make the choices you'd rather make.  And, as my acupuncturist reminded me, your body is smart.  It will take what it needs from what you eat, and it will let the rest go.  Enjoy the weekend!

    I love my Outessa water bottle! It is helping me to not buy water bottles at the store that I end up throwing away after one use.

    I already try to conserve water but I am having fun seeing how little I can actually use.

    Whew! Giving up seafood is a tough one! Tonight we had butternut squash lasagna rolls and a super special desert of a homemade pavlova with from-scratch lemon curd and fresh berries. Giving up seafood seems like a good excuse to get fancy af with dinners when I'm home!
