I have found that checking in is my greatest challenge! 

Today was very productive in that I spent a lot of time outside working with food crops. I ate well today and have purchased several items from local growers to continue doing so over the next few days.

Today is the day!  I just evaluated my progress towards my goals and I am impressed with myself!  I started the challenge early for me to help me adjust and stay committed.  I am happy to say there's only one more challenge that remains an actual challenge and so will likely add some more now that I know that I am able to juggle them all!
