    I never turned my thermostat back up yesterday, so I just left it as it was. I wonder how long it will stay that way!

    This challenge was not as difficult as I thought it would be.  Next time I think I would aim for something more challenging like no meat in any meal for the duration of the challenge.

    We set our themostat to 68 degrees most of the time, but I've started turning it down to 66 degrees when I leave for the day.

    I have signed up for Imperfect Produce, a service that delivers vegetables from local farms which would have been thrown away because supermarkets wouldn't buy them.

    It will be an interesting challenge to eat meatless meals with 3 picky kids!!!
