Creation Care fall 2017

When I make purchases, I'm noticing small ways to reduce waste along the way, to make different choices in product (those that are fair trade, organic, sustainably produced) selection. Its a learning process.   

I don't think I am correctly posting and updating but I think the challenge is finally showing on my page! Cherice let me know if it's working!

Water bottles for everyone as I used my hydroflask and mug to go cup for my tea today!

We replaced almost all the recessed lighting in our home to LED lighting. There are a few more we need to change, but will need an extension pole to do so. I will also be changing out other bulbs with LED bulbs as they need replacing. 

My health goals for fall include running 3-5 days a week and going to community acupuncture two days a week. 

Stopped unwanted phone books, catalogues, credit card and insurance offers. Better for the environment and less junk to sort through. :) 

It was fun spending time with you all yesterday! By the way, we have some extra team members who are former Creation Care Program graduates, so they're going to boost our overall points and have motivation and community to keep working on doing eco-challenges.
