Stephanie King 10/25/2017 1:21 PMTaking this challenge, and picking up new habits makes me think. I don't have to wait until October each year to make small changes in the way we live. Every couple of months you could start new, meaningful habits. It takes at least 8 times to do something to make it a part of your life. -

Stephanie King 10/15/2017 4:52 PMI brew my own coffee and take it to work in a reusable cup. Then I don't ever have to spend extra money on coffee and never use disposable coffee cups. Those that can't be recycled because of the plastic lining in them. -
