I'll be honest, this was just two weeks of my life without pop-tarts & ring-pops.

Love the awareness these challenges have brought to into my life!

Shopped at PCC Market today. Remembered my canvas grocery bag. Had a good time watching the kitchen staff and sampled some products. I met a chef instructor named Bob who also repairs guitars. All around a pleasant morning! Thank you to PCC staff for excellent customer service!

We put a water saving device in the toilet tank. Rather than purchase a tank buddy, I re-used a plastic bottle, filled it partially with sand filled with water, screwed the cap on and set it in the toilet tank. It works best with a 1 litre bottle, but I used 2 500 ml (20 oz) bottles to displace the same amount of water.

When this is done, I am eating ALL the pop-tarts as a reward for myself!!!

Super proud of myself.  I did a major grocery trip last night and realized I left my bags in the car.  I went and got them and when they weren't enough O still didn't get disposable bags!  I now have more reusable in my car.

I'm glad we are doing the Eco-challenge! I had never heard of it before. I like the challenge to think of new ways to be more sustainable at home.

There is no doubt that sustainability is changing how I view the world. Also there is nothing sustainable about Vegas.
