That I need to make a bigger effort in getting my self upstairs and to bed!

Bummer, I didn't get to log yesterday's accomplishments! It was a good day. Participated in 50 minutes of cardio funk, ate mostly vegan, and got the required 7+ hours sleep.
    Thanks for the memories!

What a busy weekend. From getting my hair sparkled with my daughter on Friday to working Farmers Market in the rain on Saturday to attending a wedding of her friends from kindergarten on Sunday, we were on the move the entire weekend. Unfortunately, didn't get the 7+ hours of sleep last night due to late turn in and dogs being restless.

Anybody have any tips on making myself go to bed earlier in the evenings? Some nights I don't get home  'til 9 p.m. and I get sidetracked by the refrigerator.

Thanks for the tip. I will try the tea instead of the cheese. I do have to get the cheese out as my dog needs a daily dose of it. Just get myself up those stairs no matter how many dirty dishes in the sink. LOL

maybe a cup of chamomile tea and snuggle into bed to read a really dry, technical boring book?

I have a reminder on my phone set to go off at 9pm.  It says, "Time to get ready for bed!"  So, if I'm up and doing something else, it reminds me to unwind.  If I'm playing on my phone, it reminds me to put it down.  And if I still have stuff to do before bed, I still have an hour to accomplish it before I hit the sack!  Good luck!

It's Friday the 13th and I didn't get my 7 hours. Why is it so difficult to get to bed at a decent hour?

Love the Fit Factory in WTC building. It's easy to meet the daily exercise goal. Wednesday it was 50 minutes of heavy weights (heavy for me) with Lisa. Today, Yoga with Mickey.

The sleep commitment is the most difficult. I need to reaffirm my commitment.

Starting tonight I will set my phone alarm to 9:25 p.m. which will alert me to head upstairs and be in bed by 10.
