Katie Wilkinson 10/16/2017 8:19 PMOne thing that i decided to do was to take a daily walk, not including walking to class or work. I thought this would be an easy task, but i found out this isn't necessarily true. I find myself always leaning towards taking a nap rather than going to do something active. Its a work in progress but i haven't been totally unsuccessful. The times i have went to take a walk or go for a run i just feel so much more refreshed than i do after taking a nap. I highly recommend everyone trying to do this at least three times a week if you are not a casual runner or walker!
