    The challenge was instructive and inspiring to me.  I learned it is not that hard to eat meatless meals, and I realized how many lights I leave on every day.  I love being part of a CSA, and will continue to participate.  And I should get out and do more nature hikes, as it is a great stress reliever.   The big take away for me is mindfulness; its important to think about how you want to be a good environmental steward, even in the small things you do every day.

    We watched "Supersize Me" last night.  A great documentary about fast food for the family.  It was eye opening for my teenager.

    I purchased two LED large light bulbs last night and put them in my upstairs fixture.  The light quality is a little different but it is bright and is saving energy, so it makes me happy.

    I am getting ready for the challenge tomorrow by planning some meatless meals, and I hope to buy some LED light bulbs tonight.  This is a great way to help the environment, get wellness credit and feel that I am making a positive impact.

    I am excited to be more committed to being ecologically aware and active.  It's not that hard!
