Miranda Webster 9/25/2017 11:14 AMGetting excited for the Eco Challenge! My partner and I adopted a primarily zero-waste kitchen lifestyle about a year and a half ago, and it's been surprisingly fun! We still purchase recyclables though, the occasional can and bottle of beer. I'm looking forward to taking on so many challenges during these two weeks, especially because I will be out of town and traveling for work. For me, it's especially challenging to be mindful of my impact when I'm not in my own home. So here we go!
