To carry an extra bag with me when I take my daily walk to pick up litter, not step over it as many do, and deposit it in an appropriate receptacle. I'll be posting pics via IG and FB to promote Litter Pick Up. Until littering stops, there will always be a need for it to be picked up by someone. If not me, then who?

I will adopt a diet free of refined sugars, which eliminates sweetened beverages, candy, and processed foods.

I will not buy anything except items required for health and safety.

I will de-clutter, clean, and donate or recycle unneeded items in my home.
