Took the time to check out the colors at sunrise.

Well, unfortunately, I didn't fulfill my goal of filling up the compost bin over the weekend.  We did compost a lot of pumpkin innards and cutouts.

I'm going to try to fill up the compost bin this weekend.  Lord knows I have plenty of growth in my yard to fill it multiple times!

My first grade son is letting me know how to "conserve fossil fuels."  We've come a long way from when I was his age.

Windy day up here in the big box!

  We could really harness a lot of electrical energy from all this powerful wind.

I live in the liberal bubble that is Seattle. Living here offers me the luxury of extensive recycling and composting picked up right outside my house.  I also live within walking distance of stores, restaurants, and breweries!
