Lorraine Trotter 10/24/2017 7:31 AMI have been making so many changes to my eating habits lately due to medical findings. I wondered if I could do the sugar challenge on top of them. I think I was able to do it because of all the changes in the end. Working towards getting healthy is becoming more of an every day thing now
