Remember they need volunteers every Tuesdays and Thursdays morning. If you are interested, I encourage you setup a group of friends and coworkers to make it even more enjoyable!

    Thursday is Trail maintenace at Forest Park. Don't forget to sign up if you are interested. Also, I am thinking of walking to the Farmer's Market on Friday by the park blocks for lunch if anyone would like to join me.
