Here we are at the end of the Challenge. The biggest learning was related to refined sugar -- it's everywhere! The impact on my life is that I'm more mindful of my choices.

Hard to believe the challenge is at its end! Had a lovely nature walk today at the Macleay Park Watershed -- a great way to meet a challenge, enjoy the outdoors and spend time with my daughter on her class field trip!

Nice to find out that I have an Oregon E-Cycles collection site less than a mile from my home! They provide FREE recycling of computers, monitors, printers, televisions and peripherals (keyboards and mice) to anyone bringing seven or fewer items for recycling at one time.

I'm surprised at the number of items I already do or have done, but plenty of others to choose and make an impact. Selected a variety of one-time and daily challenges in six different categories -- a holistic approach is important to me.
