Nico Spadafora 10/23/2017 6:40 PMWell, I didn't know there was a blog posting place here until today, but let me tell you, this has been quite the experience. Getting outside and leaving no trace has been part of my existence for a while but actually watching myself about it has put a strain on me. That's not to say its been tough and I don't enjoy it. I feel fantastic! I've also been trying new recipes and loving it. Cold showers have been pretty hard in the mornings, especially when it's cold, but I am getting used to it and will probably keep doing it after the challenge ends! And switching the washing machine to cold water hasn't changed anything in my day to day routine, so now I'm questioning why I haven't done it in the first place!
