    Last day of the Eco-Challenge and I love the stats they give you on how our actions make a difference! Let's get a couple more challenges checked off the list!

    Ahhhhhh! One more day folks! This is a great time to complete some of those one time challenges!! I am feeling really good about my progress but still need to make ti to a farm and pick something.... a pumpkin perhaps? :)

    I love, love, LOVE the way I feel when I get more sleep! It makes waking up at 5:30 that much easier to get to the gym.... and going to the gym makes me more productive during the day.... which means I am more likely to do meal planning or visit a farm! Whoa! All of our decisions are interconnected  guys! :)

    I have to admit that I slacked a bit this weekend with any formal exercise (I walked the dog and did work in the garden but it doesn't seem right to count that). However, even on a lazy Sunday I was able to commit to eating two vegetarian meals and getting more sleep! YOU GUYS, YOU GET POINTS FOR MORE SLEEP! Come on!

    Hello Everyone! I have to say, there is some real satisfaction clicking the complete button on some of these tasks/goals! I have been attempting to work out everyday for at least 30 minutes for a few months and I love that there is a challenge on here that  helps reinforce my existing goal! I pretty much sign petitions everyday from the various networks I am involved in but now I get to check a box saying that I did it! Tonight I plan on getting a little crazy by re-watching food inc. with my cousin who has never seen it. WOOOO WOOOO

      I'm going to watch What the Health this weekend...I've heard it is pretty eye opening! Hope it doesn't freak me out to bad! LOL

      Nice, Food Inc would be a good one to re-watch, and share. That inspired us to quit fast food all together!
