Michele Smith 10/24/2017 1:35 PMOn 10/23 I walked to my community garden with my beloved, darling, and happy 5-year-old son on this dry and sunny day, drinking in the clean, crisp air and soaking up the sunshine; we harvested our organic Kale that we started from seeds and that evening I used the kale along with other ingredients to stuff brightly colored red and yellow peppers—popped them in the oven to bake and voila, dinner:)
