Heidi Sickert 10/19/2017 4:52 PMIt's really rainy but the soccer game and my walk around the field are helping me rejuvenate! -

Heidi Sickert 10/16/2017 11:34 AMHi Team Panthers! How are you doing? For me, I've appreciated having one more reason to get outside and spend time enjoying the beautiful fall colors and the great weather of the last several days. I'm also excited to see the leaves fall so we can plant another tree in our yard - a potted tree from our neighbors that they were going to compost!
Thanks for all the great updates - keep them coming!! -
Heidi Sickert 10/13/2017 8:32 PMI watched Forks Over Knives with my good friend - https://youtu.be/O7ijukNzlUg. It is a powerful and well done documentary. I eat many veggie meals but I'm going to eat even more.
Since my friend has gone vegan only 5 weeks ago, she has no more chronic back pain or migraine headaches, doesn't snore or have chronic nasal congestion and lost some weight.-
Heidi Sickert 10/13/2017 8:42 PMThanks Rebekah! I've been dairy free to 2 months and my usual digestive issues have improved as has my energy level! -
Rebekah Owens 10/13/2017 8:35 PMI've also personally seen great results going vegetarian. No more sinus infections and I rarely get sick. Been about 3-4 years now.

Heidi Sickert 10/06/2017 11:38 AMI find that one of my biggest frustrations with purchasing food is packaging and all the plastic stickers on fruits/veggies. I make a concerted effort to not buy thing in packages, I regularly don't use produce bags, I buy in larger quantities (without extra packaging) and buy bulk. But there are some products that I just can't get without packaging and the stickers are everywhere.
My questions are: How can we move away from all the packaging when we associate "value" with brands and brands are marketed in packaging (And I think it's important to build brands)? How can we INSPIRE more creative packaging so it weighs less, works just as effectively and gets RID of plastics?-
Heidi Sickert 10/13/2017 8:43 PMThe tattoos are great Erin - are they coming to the States?
