100-Mile Diet
I'm up for a serious challenge! I will only eat food that has been raised and cultivated within a hundred-mile radius of where I live.
Health
Happiness
I will write down three things every day for two weeks that I am grateful for, or send one email every day thanking or praising someone.
Simplicity
Go for a Daily Walk
I will take a walk each day.
Participant Feed

Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.
To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

Michelle Seward 10/23/2017 6:18 PMLast few days of the challenge. I intend to finish strong! -
Michelle Seward 10/22/2017 9:27 AMCyclocross racing and book club today, so I won't be able to comply with my 100 mile diet challenge. Two of three meals are compliant. Its worth missing the extra points to indulge in my friend's delicious cooking! -
Michelle Seward 10/20/2017 11:55 AMI succumbed to my craving for pancakes. They make me feel better when I'm sick. I can't make them 100 mile compliant using coconut products. There is always tomorrow for another 100 mile diet challenge. Hopefully I'll be better then. -
Michelle Seward 10/19/2017 4:12 PMI really want pancakes when I'm sick, but can't make them 100 mile compliant :( -
Michelle Seward 10/19/2017 4:10 PMA walk to the mailbox when I'm home sick is still a walk, but not my normal length. I hope to feel much better tomorrow. -
Michelle Seward 10/18/2017 3:55 PMChocolate craving have ceased with over a week into the challenge! Yeah! -
Michelle Seward 10/15/2017 7:30 PMI cannot confirm that the Bob's Red Mill Oatmeal that I ate at the cross race or the BLT after the race at Thunder Island met the 100 mile criteria. All of the food I brought myself complied, but it was nice to eat out with friends/teammates after the race. Nice to see other racers at Thunder Island Brewing supporting the small businesses in the Gorge after the big Eagle Creek fire. Very sad to see the carnage of tree stumps with charred and brown trees on the slopes from I-84. -
Michelle Seward 10/14/2017 4:02 PMReally proud of myself for only eating local hazelnuts for a snack while I was out running errands!
