    The weather has been so nice I was able to enjoy 2 meals outside today. And have been writing gratitudes to close each day which has been uplifting. I’d like to continue these habits and recommend them as a reflective, contemplative practice!

      That's wonderful!  I definitely would like to shift towards eating more meals outside too, and practicing more gratitude.  Keep it up!  🎉
