No Coffee

According to USGS, it takes about 35 gallons of water to grow enough beans to produce a single cup of coffee. My goal is to not drink any coffee for the two week challenge which will save about 210 gallons of water (since I drink about 3 cups a week).

    Just about halfway through the challenge! Planning to keep up the 5 minute showers once the challenge ends. Are there any challenges that anyone else is going to keep up after the two weeks are up???

    Already forgot to input all of the challenges I accomplished for one day, and almost forgot again today....seems like the hardest part for me 😹

    Made vegan chili with vegan (and refined sugar free) cornbread for dinner! This challenge is definitely getting me out of my normal cooking routine which is fun! Looking forward to spelt flour gingerbread waffles tomorrow morning :)

    Made some refined sugar free and vegan chocolate chia seed pudding and it is a complete game changer for this challenge!!! Really upped my moral today 😊🍫🍫🍫

    Just "tried" to take a 5 minute long shower but I was so nervous about going over it was only 2.5 minutes 😹 I hope the rest of the two weeks is this easy!
